- Bill LI was on a 38 day motorcycle trip from Colorado to the Arctic Ocean at Tuktoyactuk, then up the Dalton the the Arctic Circle Sign, over to Denali, down to Whittier, over to Stewart (Salmon Glacier) then back home. I managed to get to Stewart on day 30 with a partially delaminated front MotoZ Tractionator GPS tread. I’d ridden it 200 miles with duct tape holding the tread on. I got towed to Smithers BC, mainly based on Google reviews about EyeCandy having tires for adventure bikes. When I arrived at EyeCandy, Sam showed me his inventory. He didn’t have the exact size for my R1200GSA (120/70R19), but he had several 110/80R19 that I could chose from. They installed it in about 1/2 hour and I was able to get back on my hotel schedule that day. Another guy pulled in as I was finishing up.
